Established in 2007, we're proud to showcase the exceptional seafood found in Tasmania's pristine waters. Our menu features 100% Tasmanian seafood, with wild-caught fish, scallops, squid and southern rock lobster (crayfish), alongside locally grown Tasmanian oysters.
