Live Tasmanian Southern Rock Lobsters
One of the highlights of our Cambridge restaurant is our live lobster tank, where customers can see Tasmanian Southern Rock Lobsters up close.
Our lobsters are sourced from Tasmanian waters and are available for purchase year-round, subject to availability.
Customers can purchase their lobsters live or pre-order freshly cooked Southern Rock Lobster for takeaway, ready to collect from our Cambridge restaurant.

Fresh Tasmanian fish – when supply allows, we also offer fresh fish for retail purchase, including filleted pink ling, gummy shark and other locally caught species. Availability varies depending on the catch, as we prioritise supplying our restaurant kitchen. This means sometimes no fresh fish isn't available for retail purchase.

Depending on availability, our Christmas range may include southern rock lobster, prawns (noting prawns are not commercially caught in Tasmanian waters, so are sourced from mainland Australian waters), oysters, fresh fish, squid, abalone, pickled octopus and other seafood favourites.
