Our menu features 100% Tasmanian seafood, with a focus on wild-caught fish, southern rock lobster (crayfish), scallops, squid and octopus alongside locally grown oysters.
Our chefs prepare and cook all our seafood in-house, seven days a week.
Award-Winning Fish & Chips
The fish species we serve vary depending on the fishermen's catch, so there's often something different to enjoy. We do our best to always have customer favourites Tasmanian pink ling and Tasmanian gummy shark available.
Tasmanian Gourmet Seafoods has a proud history of recognition at both state and national levels, having twice won national fish and chip awards, including Australia's People's Choice Award for Best Fish & Chips in 2017 and the National Seafood Industry Fish and Chip Award in 2022.
We've also been recognised as Tasmania's Best Fish & Chips on four occasions, including three consecutive wins, reflecting our longstanding commitment to serving quality Tasmanian seafood.
Tasmanian southern rock lobster year-round
We have Tasmanian southern rock lobster dishes available on our menu year-round. This includes half or whole garlic butter grilled lobsters and a lobster special of the day.

Relaxed Dining for Everyone
We're open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, with our kitchen operating continuously throughout the afternoon. Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite, enjoying a family meal or looking for somewhere to eat between lunch and dinner, you're always welcome.
We offer indoor dining, including our large heated marquee. There's also lots of outdoor seating available to enjoy the sunshine on a nice day.
Our restaurant is fully accessible for people with disabilities, and we welcome guests of all ages and abilities.
